TERMS OF SERVICE
LEAP ABA Supervision Academy
By enrolling in supervision services with LEAP ABA Supervision Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Professional Services
LEAP ABA Supervision Academy provides remote professional supervision and training for individuals pursuing BCBA and BCaBA certification. Services may include structured group supervision, individual supervision meetings, case consultation, and professional development support.
Eligibility
Supervisees must be actively enrolled in or pursuing coursework aligned with BACB certification requirements and must maintain professional conduct consistent with BACB ethical standards.
Payment and Billing
Supervision services are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Payment secures your supervision placement and reserves scheduled supervision time within the program. Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in suspension or termination of supervision services.
Refund Policy
All supervision payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Written notice must be provided at least fourteen (14) days prior to the next billing date to discontinue services. No partial refunds will be issued for unused supervision time within a billing period.
Scheduling and Attendance
Supervisees are expected to attend all scheduled supervision sessions and participate professionally. Missed sessions or cancellations do not qualify for refunds or credits unless otherwise determined by LEAP ABA Supervision Academy.
Professional Conduct
Supervisees must adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and professional standards at all times. LEAP ABA Supervision Academy reserves the right to discontinue supervision services if ethical, professional, or participation standards are not maintained.
Program Structure
Supervision services are structured and cohort-based. Placement within the supervision program is not transferable without written approval. LEAP ABA Supervision Academy reserves the right to modify scheduling or format as necessary to maintain program quality and compliance.
Communication
Primary communication will occur via email and scheduled supervision meetings. Supervisees are responsible for maintaining updated contact information and responding to communication in a timely manner.
Limitation of Liability
LEAP ABA Supervision Academy provides supervision and training services only and does not guarantee certification, employment, or exam outcomes. Supervisees remain responsible for meeting BACB requirements and professional standards.
