All supervision payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

LEAP ABA Supervision Academy reserves supervision time, clinical review, and cohort placement upon enrollment.

Written notice is required 14 days prior to the next billing date to discontinue services.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused supervision time within a billing period.
